Apex Engineers has developed a new generation Jet Dyeing Machine designed to deliver superior fabric dyeing results with remarkable savings in water, steam, chemicals and power consumption. The machine works on an ultra-low liquor ratio concept, helping textile processors reduce running costs while maintaining excellent dye penetration and consistent colour quality.

Unlike conventional “U” type Jet Dyeing Machines, this improved design reduces fabric lifting height, which results in gentle fabric movement, zero entanglement and reduced elongation. The fabric moves forward by its own weight, eliminating the need for additional water to bring the fabric into running position. This makes the machine more efficient, user-friendly and suitable for modern dyeing houses focused on productivity and resource savings.

Advanced Low Liquor Jet Dyeing Technology

The unique design concept of our Jet Dyeing Machine increases the dye bath region, allowing dyes to dissolve effectively and penetrate deeply into the fabric. This results in better dyeing performance, improved shade consistency and high-quality fabric finishing. The machine is easier to operate compared to long tube dyeing machines and does not require butterfly valves, as fabric movement can be controlled through the drive unit.

In traditional machines, fabric is lifted and moved mainly by water pressure. In our improved model, the fabric moves forward naturally by its own weight, reducing the dependency on excess water. This design helps achieve lower liquor ratio, reduced thermic energy consumption and improved overall dyeing efficiency.
